Preparation

• Do not apply this product in damp conditions or if temperature is
  below 10°C.

Bare Surfaces

Bare Wood: Sand the surface thoroughly with 120 grit paper.
Remove sanding dust and wipe over with white spirit and allow to
dry. Seal any knots with a proprietary knotting solution.

Bare Concrete, Brick or Stone: Allow newly laid concrete to cure
for at least one month. Bare concrete must be thoroughly wire
brushed and then sealed with a first coat of Voller Diamond Hard
Floor Paint diluted with 10% water or with a coat of proprietary
stabilising solution.

Previously Painted Surfaces

Remove loose or flaking paint with a wire brush then sand with a

120 grit paper. Remove any sanding dust, grease, oil or dirt with white spirit.

Application

Stir the paint thoroughly before use. Apply by brush, roller or pad.
When using more than one tin, intermix before use to ensure an
even colour.

Apply a minimum of two coats, allowing 4-6 hours between coats.
The floor is ready to walk on after 4-6 hours but allow 72 hours
before subjecting to heavy traffic.
